GEO services for overseas markets

GEO content & technical work
for overseas buyers.

We provide generative engine optimisation (GEO) for Chinese businesses reaching overseas buyers. We improve product and service content and make agreed page and technical changes. Research and ongoing improvement are scoped to your project.

Core service

GEO content & technical implementation

Improve the pages buyers use to understand and compare your business. We work from verified product and service information, complete agreed technical changes and check enquiry or purchase paths.

A useful starting point when

You have real products or services and want to improve the information overseas buyers need, with completed content and technical changes. If there is no website, the build is scoped first.

Discuss this service

What you receive

  • Buyer questions and an agreed list of changes
  • Reviewed company, product and service content
  • Completed technical changes and checks on buyer next steps
  • Review, change and handover records

Examples of technical work

Depending on the project, we help search engines access page text and identify language versions, organise company and service information, and check whether buyers can easily enquire or purchase. The agreed task list defines the scope.

What we need from you

Accurate business information, approved images and supporting material, the necessary website access and a contact who can review specialist facts.

Checks and project scope
How we check the work
You review the business facts. We check the agreed content, pages and technical work, including mobile layouts, links and enquiry or purchase paths, then provide change and handover records. AI visibility and business feedback are observed separately.
How scope is agreed
We agree pages, languages, technical tasks, reviews and publishing responsibilities. Website builds, product data integrations and work on external sources are assessed and listed separately where needed, avoiding duplicate work.
When you need a plan

AI search research & planning

Assess how your business appears in relevant AI answers. Identify information gaps and decide what is worth improving before committing to implementation.

A useful starting point when

You have an established business and want to identify relevant buyer questions and decide whether to build foundations or begin optimisation.

Discuss this service

What you receive

  • Buyer questions for an agreed market and buying scenario
  • Current answers, cited sources and information gaps
  • A prioritised plan, including any foundations needed first

What we need from you

Product or service information, target markets, known buyer questions and any existing website or sales channels. Research can begin before a website exists.

Checks and project scope
How we check the work
Recommendations connect findings and sources to a priority. Observations record the question, platform, date, conditions and citations, distinguishing discovery from checks on an already-known brand.
How scope is agreed
We agree the market, language, buying scenario, platforms and question sample, then identify which information sources can be improved. The plan explains where to start and why; implementation is scoped separately.
After implementation

Monitoring & ongoing improvement

Where further work is useful, review AI search observations alongside available visits and buyer feedback. Agree and implement the next changes, then review whether continued investment makes sense.

A useful starting point when

You have useful content and a working website, and want to track progress and keep improving.

Discuss this service

What you receive

  • Repeat observations under recorded conditions
  • Separate reviews of search visibility and business feedback
  • Agreed improvements and recommendations for the next stage

What we need from you

An agreed market and question set, content and website collaboration access, and any available visit, enquiry or customer feedback data.

Checks and project scope
How we check the work
We review completed changes, AI mentions and citations, accuracy, and attributable enquiry or purchase feedback separately. Recorded conditions help explain changes and guide improvements.
How scope is agreed
We agree the review frequency, questions, platforms, implementation work and fees. Each review informs a decision to continue, change priorities or pause investment.
Website & search foundations

Give your content a home.
Give buyers a next step.

Accessible pages, accurate business content and usable contact paths provide the foundations. Any building or improvement work is set out explicitly in the proposal.

Starting without a website

Organise the business information, then plan pages and contact paths as needed. Website features, content, build fees and delivery are agreed separately.

Working with an existing website

Review existing content, SEO and technical conditions. Build on what works, agree the changes needed and coordinate with your team.

Already doing SEO? What does GEO add?

SEO examines how your website performs in search results. GEO also examines AI answers to overseas buyers: whether your business appears, which sources are cited and whether the facts are accurate. Existing pages, content and technical work can be reused. The gaps found determine any additional work.

AreaFoundations to reuseGEO work to add where needed
Questions & contentExisting keyword research, customer questions and accurate product or service pages.Choose overseas buyer questions, review actual AI answers and sources, and identify missing or misunderstood business information.
Website & teamworkReadable page content, clear structure, internal links and completed technical improvements.Turn information gaps into specific changes. Assign them with your SEO, content and development teams so each task is handled once.
Measurement & reviewAvailable search impressions, clicks, visits and traceable enquiries or purchases.Keep questions, platforms, languages, dates, original answers and visible sources. Repeat observations of mentions, citations and accuracy; review business feedback separately.

Review existing work and available information before assigning changes. If no useful implementation task is identified, the next step may be gathering information or observing further.

How we assess progress

See what changed.
Review what follows.

We agree what to observe before starting, then review delivery, search visibility and business feedback separately to decide what is worth doing next.

01

Were the agreed changes completed?Check content, pages, technical changes and contact paths against the scope, with review and handover records.

02

How does the business appear in relevant answers?Repeat the agreed question sample on selected platforms, recording conditions and reviewing brand mentions, page citations and factual accuracy separately.

03

What buyer activity can be traced?Review available visits, qualified enquiries or purchase data, distinguishing known sources from activity that cannot be attributed.

Compare proposals on four points.

Compare proposals against the same scope, including the work you would ask us to take on.

  • Goals & scope

Specify buyers, markets, languages, platforms and the question sample. State whether website building, external content or product data work is included.

  • Work & deliverables

List the pages, content and technical tasks, with deliverables you can inspect. Distinguish recommendations from changes that will be implemented.

  • Responsibilities & review

Agree who supplies information, checks facts, makes changes and publishes. Keep existing team responsibilities clear and grant access for the agreed tasks.

  • Fees & evaluation

Tie fees to defined work and itemise external costs and follow-up changes. Agree repeat-test conditions, original records and reviews of delivery, search visibility and business feedback.

Before we begin

Questions about delivery and working together.

Understand how we work with your existing SEO and website, what a quote includes and how progress is reviewed.

What does GEO add to our existing overseas SEO work?

We review your content, technical setup and SEO plan, then reuse suitable work. Buyer questions, the sources used in AI answers and missing information guide additional changes and repeat observations. The proposal assigns tasks to us and your existing team so the work is coordinated.

Can we start without a website?

We can begin with business and search research. If a new website is needed, we agree its pages, features, required materials and fees before building. A suitable existing site can be improved in place.

What does a quote include, and how can we compare proposals?

The quote sets out markets, languages, content, pages, technical changes, repeat observations, review responsibilities and delivery milestones. It states whether research, website development, translation review, third-party tools or publication costs are included. Ongoing work has its own scope and billing period. Compare deliverables and checks within the same scope before comparing totals.

When can we assess progress and results?

We agree delivery milestones once the workload, materials and review schedule are clear. Once relevant content is publicly accessible, repeat observations follow the agreed plan. AI visibility and business feedback need ongoing review. If observations are limited or variable, we investigate and adjust; a single appearance does not establish a lasting result.

How is progress measured?

We review completed work, changes in AI search and traceable visits or business feedback separately. Observations distinguish brand queries from product or provider searches and record the platform, language, date and sources. A mention or citation in our sample is not an enquiry.

Can you guarantee AI recommendations or enquiries?

AI answers and buyer decisions depend on multiple factors. We cannot promise a fixed recommendation position or enquiry count. We agree concrete work, checks and observable measures, then use the evidence to guide changes.
